JOVE® Non-Metallic Overview
Fiberglass cracks where a steel edge bears on the corrosion barrier. HDPE creeps out from under a clamp that held fine at startup. Every JOVE® support is designed around how non-metallic pipe actually behaves.
Load is spread over a wide, contoured bearing area matched to the pipe OD.
HDPE grows up to ten times more than steel. Guides and anchors are spaced for it.
Wide bearing areas and controlled clamping, not a friction grip that loosens.
An elastomeric liner on every support keeps steel edges off the pipe.
Available Product Types
Load ratings are published by model and pipe diameter. Low-profile supports run 3/8 in. to 1-5/8 in. BOP/TOS and high-profile supports 4 in. Any BOP/TOS dimension can be modified — contact TF-JOVE®.
Pipe Clamps
FS-1, FS-2, FS-2R and FS-9 lined clamps in profile heights from 3/8 in. to 4 in.
Component Supports
FS-3 and FS-5 supports for valves, actuators and expansion joints, rated vertically and axially.
Guided Hangers
FS-4G and FS-4GR for pipe hung below steel. FS-4GR adds slots for insulation banding.
Hangers & Riser Supports
FS-6 split clamps for hangers, risers and guides, including the FS-6Q heavy-duty riser anchor.
Anchors
FS-10 anchors with bonded shear collars carry axial thrust into the structure
